This tract of land is located in Lakeway, Texas and sits on the corner of FM 620 and SH 71. It will be home to the Lakeway Regional Medical Center. A 55-acre master planned medical facility, which features a 200-bed, state-of-the-art hospital, as well as medical office buildings (MOBs) to house the various medical professions while not in the Hospital, 80,000 sq/ft of retail space, a daycare, and a 200-room hotel.

Situated in the heart of San Marcos, Texas, this property is teeming with beauty and history. This land used to be home to the famed Riverdale’s that was so popular to students of Texas State in the 70s and 80s. AquaLand Development acquired the land two years ago and is in the process of converting it into student housing.
