Aqualand was proud to be a part of the ICSC Texas Deal Making Conference in Grapevine, TX.  The event was a great success and there were many statewide companies present proving that the Texas market is going strong.

Financing has been secured for a new for-profit hospital in Lakeway. In a deal arranged by Walker & Dunlop, approximately $166.87 million was procured for the construction of Lakeway Regional Medical Center.
