Aqualand was proud to be a part of the ICSC Texas Deal Making Conference in Grapevine, TX. The event was a great success and there were many statewide companies present proving that the Texas market is going strong.

Financing Secured for Austin-Area Hospital (REBusinessOnline.com)

LAKEWAY, TEXAS — Financing has been secured for a new for-profit hospital in Lakeway. In a deal arranged by Walker & Dunlop, approximately $166.87 million was procured for the construction of Lakeway Regional Medical Center. The project will fill a definite need for healthcare facilities in the northwest Austin suburb. Most healthcare facilities in Travis County are located closer to Austin along Interstate 35, and with the suburbs growing in the direction of Lakeway, new facilities are needed.

This tract of land is located in Lakeway, Texas and sits on the corner of FM 620 and SH 71. It will be home to the Lakeway Regional Medical Center. A 55-acre master planned medical facility, which features a 200-bed, state-of-the-art hospital, as well as medical office buildings (MOBs) to house the various medical professions while not in the Hospital, 80,000 sq/ft of retail space, a daycare, and a 200-room hotel.

LRMC will be the benchmark for healthcare in the West Austin / Hill Country area, and AquaLand Development is proud to be responsible for the overall development of the site.
