This tract of land is located in Lakeway, Texas and sits on the corner of FM 620 and SH 71. It will be home to the Lakeway Regional Medical Center. A 55-acre master planned medical facility, which features a 200-bed, state-of-the-art hospital, as well as medical office buildings (MOBs) to house the various medical professions while not in the Hospital, 80,000 sq/ft of retail space, a daycare, and a 200-room hotel.
LRMC will be the benchmark for healthcare in the West Austin / Hill Country area, and AquaLand Development is proud to be responsible for the overall development of the site.
